This is so cute (and not that colourful for once in my life). This is much more subtle with earthy browns and dark hues.
With this template you are able to change both the background colour AND the background colour of the sidebars (make them white if you don’t want to see them at all!). These changes can be made from within the DESIGN > TEMPLATE DESIGNER area and then under the “advanced” tab. It should be self explanatory but if you need help, please let me know.
RE: The Sidebar boxes
As you may notice, the sidebar widget areas have rounded corners. Nice!
Also, to keep all spacing even, ensure you give your sidebar widgets a header/title. If not, it may look weird.
