If you have purchased a premium template from me, you will have to edit the header image and then upload it to your blog.
Instructions can be found below….
Go to the LAYOUT > PAGE ELEMENTS window and click on “EDIT” in the header area.
A pop-up window will appear (see below)
Browse for the header image file on your computer and make sure you select “Instead of title and description”
(also, do not select ‘shrink to fit’).
SAVE — All Done!
