Whimsy vII - text header!

I felt kind of guilty that I made the original Whimsy template with a header that needed editing. It's probably one of my most popular templates, if not the most popular, so I thought I would make it again but pop in a text header and description. So there's no need to edit the header image - whatever you have in your Blogger dashboard will come up in the header of this one.

Argh! I have just moved house and have been without internet for a few days (ok, it was a WEEK!), but we're back online tonight, so here's a cute design.
