Did you know that you are not limited to the colour choice that you are greeted with when you go to the "Edit Colours & Fonts" window. It's something that slightly annoys me, but it's a minor issue really. There are literally hundreds and hundreds of colours you can chose from.

Want to know how to do it? Just visit a hex colour page like this one or this one < that's better - and select your colour (it will look something like #FFFFFF - which is white). Then copy this code into the hex colour code box and viola - you have a colour not on automatic offer.


Be careful not to enter two "#" characters or it won't work. Happy colouring!

This design is a lot more "simple" than what I usually do - but there's something about it that I really like. I hope someone else likes it too!

REMEMBER to back-up your widget data as installing a new template will erase them.

Ok, this is my very first try at an XML (new) blogger template. It's pretty simple but that's ok, as it is my first try. This design is called "Oh La La" and it's available under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License.

To make sure that this blog design looks the same as it does on the preview page, I recommend the following page elements layout - pay note to where the "Header" is (in top of sidebar), as any other positioning may make the layout slightly odd.

Since this is my first XML layout (and is a modified version of "Dots Dark" - a generic Blogger template) I have no guarantees that this will work.

To install this design go to TEMPLATE >> EDIT HTML >> UPLOAD A FILE FROM YOUR HARD DRIVE

Upload the XML file (within the zipped file) and upload it. Preview first of course.

This is a slightly altered "Simple Fantasy" design, with some flowers added behind your title. The side bar is a slightly different colour also. Enjoy!
